1. Scope & The DYVE Ecosystem

Welcome to the core of the DYVE ecosystem. These Terms of Use govern your access to the DYVE platform, designed to drive culture and facilitate In Real Life (IRL) connections. By using our services, you agree to respect the momentum and integrity of the community.

2. Service Description

DYVE is a social mapping and event discovery network. We provide the digital infrastructure for users to form groups, organize local hangouts, and discover cultural touch points (venues, artists, curated events). DYVE is not responsible for the execution of third-party IRL events.

3. Community Standards & Acceptable Use

DYVE exists to elevate IRL experiences. As a member of this ecosystem, your behavior directly impacts the collective "Vibe".

• Authenticity: You must not impersonate others or create deceptive entities.
• Respect: Harassment, hate speech, and threatening behavior, either in-app or at IRL events organized through our platform, will result in immediate termination of your account.
• No Scrape/Manipulation: Attempting to artificially inflate momentum scores, scrape user data, or overload the platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

4. User-Organized IRL Experiences

As a "Culture Driver," you may use DYVE to organize events. You are solely responsible for ensuring your events comply with all local laws, permits, and safety regulations. DYVE assumes no liability for incidents occurring at experiences formed using our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, and structural design within the application is the intellectual property of DYVE and its creator. Any user-generated content (images, reviews, event details) uploaded by you remains your property, but by hosting it on DYVE, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the context of operating the service.

6. Service Availability

The nature of tech is dynamic. We continually push aesthetic boundaries and feature updates which means the app may alter rapidly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free availability of our servers at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, David Bläsing (DYVE) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, your attendance at IRL events, or the conduct of third parties.
