ADAM MUNNINGS

Adam Munnings is a multidisciplinary artist from Tasmania, based in Berlin, known for his work in film, photography, events, and art direction, in addition to his DJ career. He began DJing in Tokyo in 2012, where he launched his bi-monthly party "FUCKING FRIDAY" and performed at venues such as Le Baron and Sound Museum Vision. After relocating to New York City, he played at events for promoters like Susanne Bartsch and Eric Conrad at venues including Le Bain. Munnings has also curated music for fashion brands such as Jimmy Choo and Roberto Cavalli. In Berlin, he co-founded the queer event "Lunchbox Candy" with ElNinoDiablo, which combined music, moving images, and club aesthetics. He is also a co-founder, creative director, and resident DJ at Tracey. His DJ sets are characterized by an indie dance, post-punk, and new wave style, incorporating disco, 80s synth, and Euro sounds.
