Anastasia Kristensen
Anastasia Kristensen is a Copenhagen-based DJ and producer known for her distinctive skills and electrifying, avant-garde dance-oriented sets. She integrates off-grid electronics with an adventurous mixing technique, drawing from a wide range of influences that blend elements of electro, IDM, and techno, often exploring futuristic and sci-fi themes. Kristensen has performed internationally at notable venues and events, including festivals such as UNSOUND, CTM, and Field Day, and clubs like FOLD, BLITZ, and Bassiani. She has also hosted annual all-nighters in Copenhagen, conducted music-related workshops, and presented her own program on NTS for multiple seasons. Additionally, Kristensen established her imprint, absorb emit, dedicated to showcasing textured, experimental dance music from various artists, and her productions have appeared on labels including WARP's Arcola, Houndstooth, and Turbo Recordings.
